Behind my work lies a broad professional background in planning, social sciences, intercultural studies, leadership, communication, and career development. This combination has given me a deep understanding of human motivation, decision-making processes, and how people navigate change – both individually and within larger systems.

I have further education and certification in coaching and guidance, with particular specialization in motivation, resilience, and human behavior.

I am also the author of several books and e-books on motivation, coaching, career development, and Nordic life philosophy, including Motivasjonsmagi, Motivasjon og jobbsøking, Nordic Coaching, Karrierekompasset, Fremgangens kunst, Overbevis – eller bli oversett, and the Nordic Spirituality series.

An important part of my work goes beyond words and models. Through music, design, and visual communication, I develop learning experiences that also engage the senses and emotions – not only the intellect.
