Why Do You Do So Many Different Things?
Good question! I’ve tried answering that one myself.
I could probably have chosen a single niche and stuck to it. But I’m interested in people, and people can rarely be reduced to just one interest.
To me, the music, books, talks, and stories are all connected. They’re simply different ways of exploring and communicating the things that fascinate me.
Besides, new ideas are terribly difficult to leave alone.
What Is Your Professional Background and Experience?
I have two master’s degrees and extensive experience in leadership, recruitment, coaching, communication, and organisational development.
I’ve spent much of my professional life working with people, including roles as a leader, entrepreneur, and coach.
But I’ve also learned a great deal that you’ll never find on a diploma. About people, relationships, adversity, new beginnings, and the courage to make different choices.
At Vilje Studio, I draw on my professional knowledge, life experience, and creativity. Preferably all mixed together.
