I hold a master’s degree in Planning and Cultural Understanding, along with advanced studies in coaching, NLP, leadership, change management, and digital marketing. With extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and working life, I also have an almost endless desire to create something new.
I write books, create music, develop courses, give talks, and share my thoughts on life as it really is. Often with humor, sometimes with unpopular opinions, and always with a healthy dose of self-irony.
With roots in Northern Norway and Sámi culture, experiences of both success and setbacks, and a lifelong love of music and storytelling, I have built Vilje Studio around something I care deeply about: people and the opportunities we have to shape our own lives.
I believe in knowledge, curiosity, freedom, and the courage to do things your own way. And I’ve long since stopped worrying about what my mother might think.
